Mason Mount explains how Manchester United players will react to Crystal Palace defeat

Mason Mount has said Manchester United will look at areas to improve following their defeat against Crystal Palace. United comfortably defeated Palace earlier in the week and Saturday's meeting in the Premier League was an opportunity to secure a third consecutive victory, but it was the away side who drew first blood in the first half.

Sofyan Amrabat conceded a cheap free-kick just before the 25th-minute mark and Palace punished the poor defending in the box, with Joachim Andersen finding the top corner past a helpless Andre Onana in between the sticks. As the game progressed, it became clear the team were running out of ideas in the final third and Palace defended well in the closing stages to condemn Erik ten Hag's side to a fourth defeat in just seven games this season.

Mount reflected on the performance with MUTV and said: "It's frustrating, We want to win these games and we know we need to and it's been a difficult start.
