Ricky Hatton and Claire Sweeney leave Greater Manchester pub 'starstruck' in 'wild' visit

Staff at a local pub in Stockport have spoken about being ‘starstruck’ after Ricky Hatton and Claire Sweeney walked in for a drink.

Just months after both appearing on the recent series of Dancing on Ice, the Manchester boxing hero, 45 and Coronation Street actress, 52, were spotted cosying up to each other at a pub in Ricky's hometown of Hyde on Saturday night (April 6).

On Friday night (April 5), the pair, who are believed to be dating, were also spotted visiting The Crown pub in Heaton Moor where they were said to have been hanging out with the locals during an evening of live music. I was a little bit starstruck because I used to be a huge Brookside fan, but then I saw the champ Ricky next to her and asked if I could shake his hand.
