Crew executive creative director and president. “I think most people don’t talk about it, and to be on a show like that and to admit that I feel awkward and insecure in some of those situations – a lot of people have been like, ‘Thank you so much for saying that.’”Lyons has been open about having fake teeth and hair due to a genetic disorder called incontinentia pigmenti.
The symptoms include hair loss, small or missing teeth, and lined or pitted fingernails. “It’s nice to connect with someone and actually make someone feel seen,” added Lyons, who attended the show with her “crush,” photographer Cass Bird, and sat across from actors Yvonne Orji and Susan Kelechi Watson.
