Prince Harry
Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, KCVO ADC (Henry Charles Albert David;15 September 1984) is the younger son of Charles, Prince of Wales and Diana, Princess of Wales and is sixth in the line of succession to the British throne. Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Prince Harry left King 'blindsided' after snubbing his kind offer on latest UK visit

Prince Harry's recent decision to snub a royal residence during his London visit left King Charles feeling "blindsided", according to a royal expert.Harry was in the UK earlier this month to attend a special ceremony at St Paul's Cathedral marking the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.Reports had previously suggested that the King was aware his youngest son didn't have a base in the UK and had offered him accommodation at one of the royal residences.However, Harry reportedly declined this offer, instead opting for a stay at a Mayfair hotel "without protection".Upon discovering that Harry hadn't accepted his offer, the King reportedly felt "blindsided" by his youngest son's decision, the Express reports.

Speaking to the Mirror, Royal expert Ingrid Seward said: "When Prince Harry turned down his father's offer to stay at a royal residence during his three-day trip to London in May, it was a surprise to the royal household.
