Rio Ferdinand has admitted he would not like to socialise with former Manchester United teammate Roy Keane but outlined his respect for the club legend.
Keane and Ferdinand shared a dressing room at United for three years before Keane left in 2005 after a falling out at the club.
When discussing the current United captaincy, Ferdinand outlined how a player does not have to be popular to earn respect. He conceded that he would not "love to go for a drink" with Keane as their personalities clash, but that was irrelevant when it came to their performances together on the pitch.
