Manchester City are convinced that they will work with Pep Guardiola to find the best decision for both parties over his future.
Guardiola has signed three contract extensions during his eight years at the Etihad in a stay that has lasted far longer than anybody could have imagined.

City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak did not indicate whether he thought Guardiola would or wouldn't sign a new deal, but is as convinced as he has previously been going into contract negotiations with the manager that they will find the right decision together. “We have had this conversation many times before, you know that, over the years of the contract," he said.
