Deriving its storyline from real events, The Deliverance pivots around the infamous Ammons haunting case, during which supernatural and demonic activities were reported in Gary, Indiana back in 2011.
Under this extraordinary onslaught was the family of Latoya Ammons, her mother Rosa Campbell and her three children, who claimed they were victims of a paranormal siege at their home.
When the public were apprised of the matter in January 2014, it received nationwide attention. Now, Netflix viewers will have the opportunity to witness a dramatic portrayal of the family's harrowing ordeal.
