Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress. Neighbourhood Watch group holding Christmas community safety awareness day

A Lanarkshire Neighbourhood Watch is holding a community safety awareness day this month to help people with fraud this festive season.Cathkin and Springhall Neighbourhood Watch’s event will take place on November 28 in the Rutherglen Exchange Shopping Centre to help the community stay safe this Christmas.Volunteer Barry Cathie will be joined by Michelle Lindsay, engagement officer for Neighbourhood Watch Scotland, PC Jordan Kerr, Community Police Officer for Rutherglen, Murray Donaghey of Scottish Fire and Rescue and a representative from South Lanarkshire Council.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
