Manchester United 'watching' RB Leipzig youngster and more transfer rumours

The Reds are poised to make signing a new central defender one of their leading transfer priorities in 2024. The club, despite adding Lisandro Martinez and Jonny Evans to their pool of centre-backs since Erik ten Hag took over as manager in the summer of 2022, need to think about planning for the long term in the heart of their defence.
They have been heavily linked with OGC ace Jean-Clair Todibo in recent weeks. He also put pen to paper on a five-year deal, taking him through to the summer of 2028. The youngster, who made his senior debut for France last month, has made 16 appearances for Leipzig so far, chipping in with one goal.
