Nando's manager, 29, dies in bed after texting girlfriend 'goodnight'

A young Nando's manager tragically passed away in his sleep after sending a 'goodnight' text to his girlfriend. Joshua Campbell, 29, had been feeling unwell for several weeks before his sudden death from heart failure.His mum, Nat Campbell, discovered her son's body when she went to check on him after his girlfriend raised concerns about not hearing from him since his 1am text.

Speaking to StokeonTrentLive, Nat said she knew her son was gone the moment she entered his room at their home in Bentilee.Nat, aged 52, shared: "I'd been up for a few hours and Katie messaged me to ask if he was alright.

We thought he was just asleep."He wasn't snoring. I knew when I walked into the room that he was gone. The rest of the day was just a blur, there were ambulances here and all sorts."The family has been deeply touched by the outpouring of tributes to their 'beautiful' Joshua.
