Holiday home horror as crazed Scots axeman targeted chalet families at resort

A Scots man has been jailed for a horror double axe attack on a group of terrified families at a holiday resort. Mohammed Khan, from Rutherglen, was sentenced for breaking into a holiday home armed with two of the bladed weapons.The 36-year-old targeted a property in Wales last year where two families - including children -were staying.Cops were called after the convicted criminal, who had gone on a drink and drugs binge in the days before the incident, smashed his way into the holiday home in the middle of the night.

He later refused to put down the weapon and was then tasered by police. He was jailed for 20 months at Caernarfon Crown Court this week, reports Wales Online.Khan reportedly was travelling around the country when the incident occurred.

He was also on a community order from Westminster Magistrates Court when he committed this offence.On Facebook Khan claims to be a doctor and sells second hand "genuine" perfumes along with other pricey beauty products.He has had 15 previous convictions for 39 offences including violence and perverting the course of justice.Prosecutor Alexandra Carrier said four adults and two children had been staying at the remote property and its annexe in Barmouth..Ms Carrier said Mr Line was awoken by a bang on the front door at 2am on August 23.

He went downstairs to investigate and was so concerned he picked up a knife to protect himself.Khan had picked up an axe from a nearby log pile and was striking the door repeatedly to get in before heading around the house looking for another way in.Mr Line described cutting his bare feet on glass scattered on the floor caused by Khan smashing a window in the door.
