A mum of two was left “stressed and anxious” after she was told by staff on a TUI flight to stop breastfeeding her newborn baby.
Chelsea Williams, 28, was feeding her five-week-old baby on a flight from Manchester Airport to Spain on Friday, July 30 when a flight attendant left her embarrassed and close to tears.
Chelsea was travelling with her husband Tom, from North Wales, their baby and their two-year-old toddler and the family were heading on their first holiday together.
But during takeoff she was approached by a TUI crew member who told her breastfeeding wasn’t permitted during takeoff and landing, which left Chelsea and her children distressed, YorkshireLive reports.
