Man arrested after four 'horrific' rapes in Manchester city centre
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA man has been arrested in connection with four 'horrific' rapes in Manchester city centre. Police believe the suspect had been 'targeting intoxicated men and women' before raping them and stealing their personal belongings.
The four separate incidents were reported in February this year, with an investigation launched by Greater Manchester Police.
A suspect, a man in his 40s, was arrested on Sunday morning (July 21). He remains in custody to be questioned by detectives.
All four victims are being supported by specialist officers.
