A man has been arrested in connection with a heartbreaking car crash which killed two young girls and two couples. All six people were tragically pronounced dead at the scene of the collision on the A61 in West Yorkshire at around 3.54pm on Sunday (July 21).

Shane Roller, 33, and Shannen Morgan, 30, were travelling in a Ford Focus with two of their three daughters - Rubie Morgan-Roller, nine, and Lillie Morgan-Roller, four.

The devastating crash orphaned their 11-year-old daughter. Meanwhile, Christopher Barton, 56, and Janine Barton, 48, had been travelling on a BMW S100 XR motorbike.

They had recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary, and their son described them as 'a loving, caring mum and dad who always put me before everything else'.
