Lewis Capaldi
Lewis Capaldi (born 7 October 1996) is a Scottish singer-songwriter. He was nominated for the Critics' Choice Award at the 2019 Brit Awards. In March 2019, his single "Someone You Loved" topped the UK Singles Chart where it remained for seven weeks, and in October 2019 it reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100. On 17 May 2019 he released his debut album, Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent, which remained at the top of the UK Albums Chart for six weeks.

Edward Christopher Sheeran, MBE (born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter. In early 2011, Sheeran independently released the extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project. After signing with Asylum Records, his debut album, + (pronounced "plus"), was released in September 2011. It topped the UK and Australian charts, reached number five in the US, and has since been certified eight-times platinum in the UK.

The album contains the single "The A Team", which earned him the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically. In 2012, Sheeran won the Brit Awards for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. "The A Team" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where he performed the song with Elton John.

Lewis Capaldi has delighted young fans after he made a surprise appearance at Glasgow Children's Hospital.A video shared on TikTok showed the global sensation singing his hit tune 'Someone You Loved' alongside a young patient at the hospital.In the clip, the 27-year-old jokingly asks one young fan: "Better than Ed Sheeran?"As the young boy replies: "Better than Stranger Things."Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity supports nearly 200,000 babies, children and young people treated each year at the children's hospital.It comes as the star recently broke his social media silence for the first time since June.

The much-loved star broke his five-month silence cancelling the rest of his 2023 tour dates in June.The Glaswegian has been open about his struggle with mental health and a diagnosis of Tourette's syndrome in recent years after he shot to fame with his hit single "Someone You Loved" in 2019.After performing at Glastonbury this year and struggling to finish songs amid tics related to his condition, the star announced an indefinite break.

He posted a statement on Instagram which fans reacted to with love, calling it the "most difficult decision" of his life.His statement in June said: "Hello everyone.

First of all, thank to Glastonbury for having me, for singing along when I needed it and for all the amazing messages afterwards.
