Lanarkshire CAMHS set to dramatically cut wait times

Lanarkshire’s new state-of-the-art CAMHS facility has introduced a new way of working which allow patients to pick their appointment dates and times.

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service service is now using the innovative CAPA (The Choice and Partnership Approach) model.Developed by CAMHS consultant psychiatrists, it combines working closely with children and young people and has been successfully used across a number of countries.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
