John Lundstram says Rangers aren't panicking yet despite the furious reaction from fans to their defeat to Celtic - reminding the Ibrox boo brigade "there's a long way to go." Lundstram and his team fell to a 1-0 defeat to their rivals before the international break that left the home crowd livid as they fell four points behind Brendan Rodgers' team in the title race.
Boos and jeers were audible and many fans have since voiced a belief that Michael Beale's time is up. But while Lundstram understands their frustrations, he insists the squad are fully behind the manager despite the barrage and feels they have plenty of time to put it right, starting against St Johnstone this weekend.
He said: "Of course you understand that frustration. It's an Old Firm defeat, we've got that frustration as well. But we've just got to stick together and try and put a run of games together now to try and recoup those points that we lost.
There's a long, long way to go so I wouldn't panic too much, but this weekend it's about getting three points back on the board."Asked if he felt fans had already "made up their mind" on Beale, Lundstram continued: "That's not for me to say.
