Kyle Lafferty is backing Steven Davis to force himself into the race to become Rangers boss full time.But the former Ibrox striker also reckons his old Kilmarnock gaffer Derek McInnes should be seriously considered to replace Michael Beale.

Frank Lampard’s odds for the top Ibrox job plummeted, with the former Chelsea boss now the bookies’ favourites.
