Michael Beale has been told his next Rangers misstep could come with a heavy cost - as he's urged to find a team that works.Inconsistency has been a theme in Light Blues performances this term and a 1-0 derby defeat to a depleted Celtic at Ibrox has ramped the pressure noise up to near full volume for the boss.
He takes his side to St Johnstone on Saturday as they target a much-needed response before charging into Europa League action against Real Betis.Former Ibrox defender Craig Moore can see the pressure being dialled up on the Londoner and knows Beale is fully aware of the noise, but believes a consistent starting XI could help him out in an environment where no further mistakes can be made.
Moore told Go Radio: "There has been a lot of change, not only in the team this season but also off the field. But as a manager in terms of the backroom stuff and the restructure of the club so to speak, that is not the manager's concern."His concern is obviously his roster of players and getting them out there and getting results.
There's great pressure at Rangers as there is at Celtic and Michael Beale is well aware."He's in that situation now there is high pressure, every game now, any slip and it could be fatal.
