Jason Donovan reveals 'tough' family tragedy that took an 'odd' turn
ok.co.ukWhile appearing on The One Show actor Jason Donovan gave an update about his family life. Chatting to hosts Alex Jones and Jermaine Jenas, the star, who shot to fame in the Australian soap Neighbours, talked about his missing cat - and revealed there was a happy ending to the story.
Jason's cat Pixie went missing months ago and while Jason and his family held out "hope" that Pixie would return it seemed unlikely.
However, Pixie, who went missing in January 2024, was identified at a veterinary surgery and reunited with Jason and his family on Tuesday 11 June.
Speaking about the lucky reunion Jason said: "We lost Pixie in January. She was 14 years old, she just disappeared one day. It has been tough, you sort of just have to come to terms with the fact that probably something has happened.
