The entrepreneur, 36, who is the younger brother of the Princess of Wales, 41, was spotted pushing his newborn - whose gender is yet to be revealed - in a pram on a walk with French financier Alizée, 33, on Tuesday in Notting Hill.
James beamed as he walked with a coffee in one hand and his other hand perched on the pram, while new mum Alizée looked relaxed by his side.
She sported a stylish double denim look and brown suede jacket for the outing, while James cut a casual figure in a khaki jacket denim jeans.
The couple's baby is the first cousin of the Kate and Prince William's three children - Prince George, nine, Princess Charlotte, seven, and five year old Prince Louis.
