The This Morning star, 38, knuckled down to achieve the weight loss through hard work and dedication, revealing that she is not a fan of weight loss jabs and other unnatural remedies.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: "I did hire a personal trainer and we’ve been weight training. And then I've been running with my hairdresser Maurice.
I’ve never been a runner but now I’ve been running a few 5Ks here and there. "The thing is with the fat jabs, I can understand, you know, when people get desperate and they want to do that.
