The former Corrie star told her followers all about her dating disasters this year and revealed how she had been ghosted by one potential love interest, having a one night stand and experiencing one possible suitor ruining her mental health, writes The Mirror.

Helen and former Celtic footballer Scott Sinclair split up in July 2022 and the pair share three children together Matilda, 7, Delilah, 4, and son Charlie, 1.

They first started dating in 2009, and they got engaged in Paris in 2018 and had started planning their wedding before calling time on their relationship.
