Singer-songwriter George Ezra has cancelled Tuesday night's show at the O2 Arena in London after feeling 'incredibly unwell'.
The 29-year-old's Twitter page posted a statement just hours before the show was due to start saying the gig would not be going ahead after the star was diagnosed with 'acute vertigo'.
It read: “Hi everyone, unfortunately, George has started feeling incredibly unwell this afternoon. “He’s been diagnosed by a doctor as having acute vertigo and as a result we sincerely regret to announce that tonight’s show at the O2 in London will not be able to go ahead as planned.” READ MORE: Dad couldn't handle youths playing a prank on him - his rage ended in near-tragedy A follow-up Tweet added that tickets remain valid and the show will be rescheduled. “We’re very sorry for everyone who has travelled for tonight,” it also said.
Fans were quick to wish the Green, Green Grass singer well on social media. Fan @LaurenStubley tweeted: "Get well soon George your health takes priority x". @feliciaakroon said: "Sending George well wishes.
