Ewan McGregor gives hopeful update on ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ season two

Ewan McGregor has given a hopeful update about season two of Obi-Wan Kenobi.The Star Wars spin-off show, which debuted in May 2022, followed Obi-Wan’s (McGregor) journey to save a kidnapped Leia Organa (Vivien Lyra Blair) and return her to safety.McGregor, appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, was asked if he could give any updates on an upcoming season and whether or not it was happening.McGregor went on to say that he is “waiting for the call”, suggesting he is keen to return but as yet, there’s still no news from Disney as to whether or not a season two will happen.“I have no news to tell. I’m waiting for the call.
