Fiorentina chief executive Giuseppe Barone says the club have still not received a formal bid for Sofyan Amrabat. Manchester United have been heavily linked with the Moroccan midfielder and have kept tabs on his situation this summer.

Amrabat has one year left on his contract and the Italian club are open to a sale. United are open to another midfield signing before next Friday's transfer deadline but outgoings remain their priority.

Mason Mount's injury has forced a rethink with Scott McTominay while Kobbie Mainoo is also still out. Amrabat's career at Fiorentina looks set to end this summer, with the player left out of their Europa Conference League tie with Rapid Vienna.

He's also reportedly training on his own, with Barone insisting they will allow him to leave if an offer comes in.
