Everton would have been open to selling Amadou Onana this summer if they were to make a tidy profit on the midfielder, according to reports.
Manchester United reportedly made an initial approach for Onana in August as Erik ten Hag eyed midfield reinforcements. The Dutchman was keen to add more physical strength to that area of the pitch, eventually signing Sofyan Amrabat on a season-long loan.
The Belgian international was of interest to a number of Premier League clubs after an excellent season helping Everton fend off relegation.
And the Times reports that Sean Dyche's side would have been open to a sale, had an appropriate offer come in.
