East Kilbride care home staff and 'wellbeing of residents' praised by inspectors

A national care watchdog has given an East Kilbride care home its seal of approval. The Care Inspectorate, the regulator for health and social care in Scotland, rated Care UK’s Cathkin House, on Nerston's Glasgow Road, ‘very good’ in two categories; support for resident wellbeing and its team, following an unannounced inspection.The home was also rated ‘good’ in leadership, the home’s setting and planning of care and support.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
