Drug dealer freed from jail due to illness still to have diagnosis confirmed

A sheriff raised concerns after an alleged drug dealer who claimed to be seriously ill with cancer was freed from prison.A court heard that, months down the line, there is still no confirmation from a doctor that Alexander Gillies is suffering from an "aggressive" form of the disease.
