This is the dramatic moment a car burst into flames near Bolton Stadium. A plume of black smoke could been across the area after the car caught fire on De Havilland Way.
There were long queues on surrounding roads as firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze during last night's rush hour. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: "At shortly before 5pm on Monday one fire engine from Bolton was called to attend a car fire on De Havilland Way, Bolton. "Crews worked alongside colleagues from Greater Manchester Police to make the area safe and were in attendance for approximately 50 minutes."
