After weeks of anxious waiting, Britain’s Got Talent officially has a return date, with ITV confirming that the 17th series of the iconic talent show will be hitting our screens in just two weeks time.

The popular show will be making it’s return debut on Saturday 20 April at 7:30pm on ITV, and will see another batch of talented individuals hoping to impress the show’s judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli to secure their place in the live finals.

Hosted by Geordie duo Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, as in previous years, the talented bunch will be going toe to toe in order to try and win a £250,000 cash prize and the opportunity to perform at the 2024 edition of the Royal Variety Performance.

This year, the show also has an added incentive to tune in, as in addition to the more conventional acts such as singers and dance troupes, ITV has teased a phenomenal year of ‘spectacular’ acts, including some that have talents which have never been seen before.
