Just three weeks before he died, Robin shared a very moving last picture on Instagram where he was dressed all in black and standing against a dark wall, along with the caption: "Hiding in the shadows".
The sad news about Robin's passing was shared by the dance group Burn The Floor on Facebook early Tuesday morning, where they said: "The Burn the Floor family has lost one of its founding members, Robin 'Bobby' Windsor - who has tragically passed away." They remembered him as someone who danced with them for twenty years.
He was part of their shows on Broadway, in London's West End, and tours all over the world.They said his amazing dancing with Jessica Raffa became a big part of what Burn the Floor is known for being - bright, bold, and full of passion.They added that Robin's talent, positive spirit, energy, and fun personality were a big part of why their shows are so good.
