In 2009, she finished in third place on the sixth series of The X Factor, and gained a number one single on the UK Singles Chart when her fellow The X Factor finalists released a cover of "You Are Not Alone". Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

manchestereveningnews.co.ukNikita Kuzmin has left fans 'praying' as he shared his 'last' string of photos from the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour. The dancer was among the stars of the BBC One dance contest to hit the road at the start of the year.
The shows came after he missed out on lifting the coveted shiny trophy back in December when he made it to the final of the competition with celebrity dance partner Layton Williams.
The pair faced Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola and Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell in the spectacular final of the contest on December 16.
Despite Layton and Nikita emerging at the top of the leaderboard with a string of perfect scores from the judges, it was former Coronation Street star Ellie who emerged victorious alongside professional pro Vito following the public vote.
