Amy Childs has penned a heartfelt tribute to her daughter Polly as she celebrates her 6th birthday.The 32 year old former TOWIE star is mum to Polly, six, and Ritchie, five, from previous relationships, whilst she just welcomed twins– a boy and a girl – with her fiancé, Billy Delbosq.To celebrate Polly's birthday, Amy shared a montage of clips to Instagram that saw the little girl posing for a snap with her mum, holding her new sister and sitting with Billy.

In the caption, she wrote: "My Polly Pocket. Happy 6th birthday darling you make me so proud everyday, your funny, sassy and the most caring little girl ..

April has been a month of celebrations for Amy and Billy with April 1 marking Billy's 40th, with the happy couple welcoming their twins just days later.
