Aldi has slashed the price of a wide range of fruit and veg. The budget retailer announced that customers will be able to get lower prices on items such as berries, grapes, tomatoes, apples, and ready-to-eat salads.
In what Aldi has called the biggest round of cuts announced so far this year, more than 50 items have fallen in price by an average of 7 per cent.
