With the finale of “Ahsoka,” the latest chapter of the “Star Wars” TV universe has come to a close, and for fans of “Clone Wars” and “Star Wars Rebels,” it gives some big moments that have been years in the making.
The season finale, titled “The Jedi, the Witch and the Warlord,” ends on a bittersweet note, with Grand Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen) escaping into space, while Ahsoka (Rosario Dawson) and Sabine (Natasha Liu Bordizzo) are stranded on the planet Peridea.
On one hopeful note, Ezra (Eman Esfandi) is back with his crewmate Hera (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) for the first time since he disappeared in the “Rebels” series finale.
