Def Leppard, suffered a head injury on Monday when he was attacked outside his hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.According to a police report released by the Fort Lauderdale Police Department on Thursday, Allen was outside the Four Seasons Hotel smoking a cigarette in the valet section when the assailant then struck Allen «at a full run,» knocking Allen backward.Allen — who lost his left arm in a car accident in 1984 — subsequently suffered an injury when he struck his head on the ground after being hit.Max Edward Hartley, a 19-year-old Ohio resident visiting Florida, was arrested and charged with two counts of battery, four counts of criminal mischief, and a count of abusing an elderly or disabled adult.Hartley allegedly also assaulted another woman who attempted to come to Allen's aid after he was struck.According to the police report, Hartley allegedly knocked the woman to the ground as well before hitting her while she was down. The woman then tried to escape by running back into the hotel, before Hartley allegedly dragged her by her hair out of the lobby and onto the sidewalk, then ran from the scene of the crime.Hartley was arrested shortly after when security at the Conrad hotel found him allegedly damaging vehicles in their parking garage.Hartley was in Florida for Spring Break, according to police.

The company’s website, ozy.com, was unreachable as of Wednesday evening. On Feb. 23, Watson was arrested in Manhattan and charged with conspiracy to commit securities fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud in what the Justice Department alleged was a scheme to defraud Ozy’s investors and lenders. Watson was also charged with “aggravated identity theft” for his role in the impersonation of “multiple media company executives” in communications with Ozy’s lenders and prospective investors in furtherance of the fraud schemes, federal prosecutors said.

In a statement to the Wall Street Journal, which first reported the news, Watson’s attorney, Lanny Breuer, said, “We are really disappointed. We have been acting in good faith and believe we had a constructive dialogue with the government and are shocked by the actions this morning.” In September 2021, the New York Times reported that Ozy Media falsified audience metrics and that its COO, Samir Rao, impersonated a YouTube executive on a call with prospective investor Goldman Sachs. The revelations led to an avalanche of other disclosures including allegations of a toxic workplace culture at the New York-based company.

Cutler, who has served as Spotify’s VP, head of talk creator content and partnerships, will be leaving the company to “return his entrepreneurial roots,” according to a source close to Spotify. He had joined Spotify in 2019 with its acquisition of Parcast, the scripted podcast studio he co-founded. Cutler will remain at Spotify until May 1. As of Sunday (Feb. 19), Pornhub’s account on Instagram, where it has 12.9 million followers, had been reinstated. That came after Instagram in early September 2022 banned Pornhub, with a spokesperson for Meta citing the account’s repeated violations of the company’s community guidelines including its ban on sexual solicitation over the course of more than 10 years. A month later, Instagram disabled a second account that Pornhub had established to try to circumvent the ban of its primary account. In a statement Pornhub issued Sunday, the site said: “We are pleased that, in reinstating our Instagram account, Meta has acknowledged that Pornhub always has and will continue to respect the platform’s community guidelines. At a time of increased censorship and discrimination against performers in the adult space, it is critical that platforms like Instagram are inclusive and provide safe communities for creators to express themselves.”
