For over a decade, the 39 year old Russian influencer adhered to a strict raw food diet, mainly comprising fruits, sunflower seed sprouts, fruit smoothies, and vegetable juices.
She claimed that her diet promoted a healthy and vibrant life, free from the constraints of common illnesses. However, she also practiced 'dry fasting,' where she abstained from both food and water for extended periods.
Shockingly, she hadn't consumed water for more than six years, instead relying solely on fruit and vegetable juices to quench her thirst.
