Two Motherwell-based mental health services are encouraging anyone seeking support with their mental health or wellbeing to get in touch this new year.

Well-Informed, a service in partnership between SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health), North Lanarkshire Council and NHS Lanarkshire, helps people find information and access services related to mental health and wellbeing.

The Well-Informed team also attends events across North Lanarkshire, from hospitals and health centres to libraries and supermarkets, delivering support in the heart of communities.
