‘The Penguin’ Trailer: Colin Farrell’s ‘Batman’ Spin-Off Series Debuts September 19

Buried under a ton of prosthetics, looking absolutely unrecognizable, Colin Farrell brings to life one of Batman’s greatest villains.
And now he’s getting his own show.
