Parents have been warned of a 'very real risk' of measles outbreaks across the country - and are being urged to make sure children have been booked in for missing MMR jabs.

It comes after the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) declared a national incident - signalling a growing public health risk due to the decline in the uptake of routine childhood vaccinations.
