King Charles has unveiled Labour's legislative agenda in Parliament today (July 17) during the second King's Speech of his reign.

The King delivered 40 bills revealing the first new laws that Keir Starmer and his Labour party want to pass after winning the general election.

Some bills which were already drafted by the last Conservative government were also mentioned including Martyn's Law, named after a victim of the Manchester Arena bombing, which Labour has also backed, as well as Awaab’s Law.
