and some lycra. No Strictly Come Dancing show would be complete without a few sequins, fake tan and dazzling outfits, and that's something the comedian is ready to embrace - as long as it's 'dignified', of course.
Les admitted, "A 70-year-old man in lycra isn't necessarily the best thing to look at. So, I'm sure they will keep me dignified in a Strictly way." The presenter also revealed he's got one 'signature' dance move up his sleeve - but it might not be what people are expecting.
Forget about your complicated tangos or hip-shaking salsa moves as it's something a little less complicated that everyone can try. "Dad dancing, basically," Les laughed. "In fact, I take that dad dancing into grandad dancing level now." What made you want to take part in the show this year?
