Strictly icon makes EastEnders debut as new romantic interest for Suki
ok.co.ukStrictly star Laila Rouass arrives in EastEnders tonight as new character Ayesha – who is going to turn Suki’s life upside down as the Walford favourite is forced to relive her past.
Laila recently hit the headlines when she spoke out about her Strictly experience in light of the recently controversy over the show, and her own experience with dance partner Anton Du Beke when she appeared on the show in 2009.
And her character is also going to cause a stir in Walford when she arrives. Viewers have recently seen Nish persuading his granddaughter Avani to help him track down a mystery woman as part of a revenge scheme on Suki, who he knows is potting against him.
