Spencer Matthews hospitalised while on holiday with wife Vogue Williams and three kids

Discussing the antics of their holiday on her My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast, Vogue revealed that she became really sick before Spencer was struck down too, and spent some time in the hospital.
She added that her auntie, who was also away with them, was knocked down with the sickness bug for four days. Vogue then joked with her co-host Joanne McNally, saying: “Spenny was hospitalised for two days because he is a little b***h and he can’t handle it." Joanne, who was clearly shocked by the revelation, jumped in and asked for what reason he ended up in the hospital.
