Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews has hit back at rumours circulating about his death, following reports he was hospitalised following an overdose of coldsore medication.

While on holiday with his wife, Vogue Williams and their three children, Spencer was hospitalised for two days. Vogue, 37, became poorly first, and shortly after, Spencer came down with the illness too.

Speaking on her podcast with best friend Joanne McNally, My Therapist Ghosted Me, Vogue said that her husband overdosed on cold sore tablets.

She said: "Spenny was hospitalised for two days because he is a little b***h, and he can’t handle it." She explained: "Well I will tell you what, he overdosed on cold sore tablets. "I am not joking, I am not joking, I’m not.
