Scots woman who set fire to neighbour's house jailed for 18 months

Ann Campbell, 54, targeted Michelle McDade over a year.She sparked two fires at her property in Hamilton by dropping burning objects from her window.Michelle, who lived downstairs, was asleep at the time of the second blaze and was only alerted to the danger by her dog barking.She managed to escape but collapsed on the street.
