Jamie Darroch's partner Stacey was nine months pregnant with their son when he received the devastating news from police that his dad had committed to suicide.
The Clydebank FC defender has spoken in a video about what happened when he learnt the devastating news in time for World Suicide Prevention Week, reports Glasgow Live.Speaking in a video shared by the club, he said: "I need to share my experience so that we can get to a point of knowing and understanding that you'll never see this coming.
It'll come right out of left field, take your whole life and turn it upside down, and that's what happened."In March of this year, 24th March to be exact, we were at home.
