Sandy Lindsay donates £300,000 to Manchester charity after selling company

A well-known Manchester businesswoman has donated her cut from the sale of a company she founded to charity. Sandy Lindsay MBE was the majority shareholder of a digital marketing not-for-profit apprenticeship provider which has now been sold.

Her share of the initial sale price of The Juice Academy has been donated to Forever Manchester to form a fund worth more than £300,000 over three years.

The Manchester-based firm was created in 2013 by marketing consultancy Tangerine Communications and has now been sold to Apprentify Group.
