Ruth Langsford
Ruth Langsford (born 17 March 1960 in Singapore) is an English television presenter of shows such as This Morning, Gift Wrapped and How the Other Half Lives. Langsford is an anchor on ITV's lunchtime chat show Loose Women and presents Ruth Langsford's Fashion Edit on QVC. She took part in the fifteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, where she came ninth. She is currently the longest serving female presenter of This Morning. Ruth currently is more frequently known for her exclusive fashion collection, for British fashion label QVC. After being approached to curate a collection, Langsford signed a multi million pound endorsement deal that spawned 19 sellout collections; 18 of which debuted at London Fashion Week Women’s Collection.

Ruth Langsford was visibly moved to tears as she candidly shared her feelings of loneliness on Loose Women, just months before reports emerged that she and husband Eamonn Holmes have separated after 14 years together.

The beloved TV pair, who have been married for over a decade and famously co-presented This Morning, have parted ways. A representative told The Sun: "Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing." This news comes after an emotional moment last December when Ruth, on Loose Women, was upset while discussing her family life.The 64 year old presenter spoke candidly about how she felt when her son Jack went off to university, saying it was like having "part of my heart ripped out".

Ruth, who shares 21 year old Jack with Eamonn, struggled to contain her emotions as she described the impact of Jack leaving home.

In a live video chat, Ruth opened up, saying: "That first week of not having him at home literally felt like part of my heart ripped out.
